Transfers $7 million from the Architect of the Capitol?s general administration account to carry out the Technology Assessment Act of 1972. (Revised)

Manzullo #1
Makes the ?Buy America Act? applicable to procurements by the House of Representatives both with respect to unmanufactured goods and manufactured articles, goods, and supplies and to contracts for public works alteration, construction, or repair. Requires that no funds appropriated under the Act may be used to acquire articles, materials, and supplies manufactured outside the United States or those manufactured in the United States that do not have at least 65% domestic content.

Appropriates an additional $125,000 to the Office of Compliance to hire another Full Time Employee (FTE) for the purpose of OSHA amendment. (LATE)
